Mk and Ashley Olsen Tutorial
Hi!! well...here is my second tutorial n.n (for photoshop!)
Go from this 
to this 
#1 Duplicate your image to screen 50% (you can change the opacity if you pic have more dark or light)
#2 A Solid Color: a9a9a9 -> Soft Light -> 100%
#3 Other Solid Color: ffffff -> Soft Light -> 100%
#4 Hue/Saturation Layer, up the Saturation: +10 -> Linear Burn -> 100%
#5 Color Balance:
Midtones: 0 ; +100 ; 0
Shadows: 36 ; -9 ; 14
#6 Solid Color: 330000 -> Overlay -> 30%
#7 Selective Color Layer: (normal)
Reds: -100, 100, 100, 30
Yellows: 100, 100, 0, -100
#8 Duplicate the Selective Color and Change it to Lighten 100%
And you do this!! ^^
Here other results with the same tutorial (just remember, if u picture see more dark change the opacity of the step #1)
